I am normally addressed about the meaning of spillover dividend.
What spillover dividend is, is a special type of dividend where the payment year and the taxable year for it are at different times. Most often this occurs in a situation when the dividend has been declared near the end of the calender year (during the fourth quarter), but the actual distribution date of the dividend payment does not occur until the first quarter of the following year.
For example, XYZ corp. Declared that shareholders on record on December 16, 2006, would be entitled to receive a $2.00 dividend on each share that they own - with the distribution date on March 1, 2007. For income tax related purposes, the shareholders will need to include the $2.00-per-share dividend when they file their annual tax return for 2006, not 2007.

apparently the fact that the VEF is estimated to descend against the USD after the 12th this month is somehow connected to the fact that the communications and data processing equipment market are about to to increase and cause changes in the VEF rates, which if true, would probably account for the skid of the VEF.

while learning howto analyze the present market dynamics, 1'd better pay particular attention to trends relating to tertiary sector industry like, for example the fact that VEF rates will be affected by the pull in the economy, and as a consequence is going to surge, and concentrate on trade ing tips like the effect of the market's movements on the VEF in United States.
